NOC engineers/technicians are responsible for the operation
of the entire network, from network infrastructure to security issues. They
undoubtedly guarantee the efficient and fluid network operation of any

Depending on the terms and conditions of the work, a NOC technician will resolve the issues independently or increase the penalty to
notify the MSP of your problems. The NOC technician classifies the problem
according to the severity or other criteria established between the two
parties.
